Food Review: Muslim Seafood Restaurant Pattaya-Thailand

Pattaya is the most famous  seaside resort within 1 hour driving distance from Bangkok and it offers almost similar attractions such as night-life, shopping places and attractions at par with Bangkok with an  added advantage of having beautiful stretch of beaches therein.

As it's mostly a touristic place and not commercial centre like Bangkok attractions and places of interest including eateries are scattered all over the vast area of Pattaya making it quiet a daunting task searching for halal eateries.

The rule of thumb in looking for halal eateries in Thailand is always be guided by the locations of mosques as there will always be food stalls, restaurants and even Muslim business to be found in close proximity to the mosques and this is also applicable in Pattaya as you will find many halal restaurants near to its mosques.

If you dont mind venturing further deep and preferably having your own transport, i highly recommend you to try Muslim Seafood Restaurant Pattaya, which is a halal restaurant within a resort located at 8/12 Moo 6, Nong Prue, Banglamung-Pattaya (you can use Google Map for its exact location and directory. The location is not in the Pattaya main centre of attractions Jomtien Beach and you have to actually drive through local roads passing residential/villages to get to this restaurant.

This restaurant wide varieties of local dishes mainly based on the fresh seafood available in Pattaya

Overall the foods served were all tasty and most importantly the ingredients used were fresh. Friendly service as well as affordable, everyone should give this restaurant a try.

You may some halal eateries tucked in between the shoplots in central Pattaya as i found one located at Pattaya Klang Road, Soi 11 on the left side about 100m from Big C Supermarket, wherein there's an unnamed small muslim restaurant also serving local thai dishes. *as at March 2015 I was informed that this restaurant will move to another nearby location*
